The corrugated oil tank's elasticity intelligently adjusts and compensates for oil volume changes automatically. Main Components:
The principal components of the Oil-Immersed Power Distribution Transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank immerses the windings to ensure effective cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and holds CE/ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates easy contact and efficient heat dissipation, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall smoothly.
4. The Buchholz relay, used with a conservator tank, detects errors such as low oil levels and improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel which absorbs moisture from the oil. The gel changes color from blue to pink when saturated.
6. The oil indicator displays the oil level within the conservator unit.
7. The temperature detector monitors the oil temperature. If it reaches a critical level, the transformer will be disconnected to prevent damage.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay serves as a temperature indicator for the windings.
10. Features full galvanized coating to prevent rust.
11. The bushing connects the internal windings of the transformer to the external electrical network.
