The state-of-the-art fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer, expertly engineered by TSTY ELECTRIC CO., LTD., boasts the
distinct advantages of ultra-low loss, whisper-quiet operation, and remarkable efficiency , resulting in excellent energy-saving capabilities and significantly reduced pollution. In contrast to conventional oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed version eliminates the need for an oil conservator. Instead, the oil volume is seamlessly adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet in the corrugated oil tank. This innovative design ensures the transformer is hermetically isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down oil degradation and insulation aging. It also enhances operational reliability and eliminates the need for maintenance during normal operation.

The primary components of this transformer include an Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
