Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, this fully sealed variant eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The transformer ingeniously adjusts and compensates for oil volume changes through the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank's corrugated sheet. This isolation from air significantly slows oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and reducing maintenance requirements during normal use.
Main Components:
The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank immerses the windings, ensuring efficient cooling and insulation.
2. Compliant with IEC standards, certified with CE/ISO certificates.
3. Ensuring seamless contact and optimal heat dissipation, the oil's temperature can rise and fall efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay, used with a conservator tank, alerts to issues such as oil loss or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit, containing silica gel, absorbs moisture in the oil, changing from blue to pink when saturated.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit.
