Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, TSTY’s fully sealed transformers eliminate the need for an oil conservator. The variation in oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elastic properties of the corrugated sheet in the corrugated oil tank. This design ensures the transformer remains isolated from air exposure to prevent oil deterioration and insulation aging, thus enhancing operational reliability and eliminating the need for regular maintenance under normal operating conditions.

The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
