Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, our state-of-the-art fully sealed transformer eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The innovative design automatically adjusts and compensates for oil volume variations using the elasticity of the corrugated sheet within the corrugated oil tank. This unique feature ensures the transformer is completely isolated from air, effectively preventing oil deterioration and insulation aging. As a result, it significantly enhances operational reliability and eliminates the need for routine maintenance during normal operations.

The primary components of the 160kVA 10kV Aluminium Oil-Immersed Electric Power Transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to soak the windings securely, ensuring optimal performance.
2. Complies with IEC standards, and holds CE/ISO certifications for quality assurance.
