The primary components of this advanced oil-filled transformer include the following: Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to submerge the windings, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.
2. Adheres strictly to IEC standards and comes with CE and ISO certifications.
3. Ensures easy contact and expansion during loading, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay operates when a conservator tank is involved. It detects faults such as oil loss, improper oil flow between the tank and transformer, and more.
5. The Breather Unit features silica gel that absorbs moisture in the oil. The gel changes from blue to pink, indicating its moisture-absorbing capacity is depleted.
6. The oil indicator provides a clear reading of the oil level within the conservator unit.
