The innovative corrugated oil tank automatically adjusts for changes in oil volume, leveraging the flexibility of its corrugated sheets. This design effectively isolates the transformer from atmospheric exposure, significantly decelerating oil degradation and insulation aging. As a result, it offers enhanced operational reliability and typically requires no maintenance during normal operations.
Mainly Components:
The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring efficient cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards, boasting CE and ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates easy contact and expansion, allowing the temperature of the oil to rise and fall smoothly.
4. The Buchholz relay, used in conjunction with a conservator tank, detects issues such as oil loss and improper flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit, filled with silica gel, absorbs moisture from the oil, changing color from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator gauges the oil level within the conservatory unit.
7. The temperature detector tracks the oil temperature. If it rises beyond a certain threshold, the transformer is disconnected from service.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay serves as a temperature indicator for the windings.
