The oil volume is dynamically adjusted and compensated by the corrugated oil tank's elastic corrugated sheet, ensuring the transformer remains isolated from ambient air. This isolation effectively prevents oil deterioration and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and eliminating the need for maintenance during normal operation.

The essential parts of the 11/0.4kV Copper Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer include: Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse and cool the windings effectively.
2. Compliant with IEC standards and certified with CE/ISO for quality assurance.

4. The Buchholz relay functions when a conservator tank is employed, detecting issues such as oil loss or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
