The fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer developed by TSTY has the
advantage of low loss, low noise, and high efficiency , which can achieve exceptional energy-saving results and significantly reduce pollution. Compared to traditional oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed transformer eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The change in oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet in the corrugated oil tank. This design ensures the transformer is isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down oil deterioration and insulation aging. This enhances operational reliability and virtually eliminates maintenance during normal operation.
Main Components:
The primary components of this transformer include an Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and comes with CE/ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates easy contact and expansion under load, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall as needed.
4. The Buchholz relay operates with the conservator tank, detecting faults like oil loss or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel that absorbs moisture from the oil, changing color from blue to pink when saturated.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservatory unit.
7. The temperature detector monitors oil temperature, disconnecting the transformer if it exceeds safe levels.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay provides a temperature indicator for the windings.
10. Fully galvanized coating ensures no rust and long-term durability.
11. The bushing connects the internal windings to the external electrical network.
