The transformer ingeniously adjusts the oil volume automatically using the elasticity of the corrugated sheet in the corrugated oil tank. This design isolates the transformer from the atmosphere, significantly slowing down oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and eliminating the need for maintenance during normal operation.
Main Components:
The primary parts of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.
