The variation in oil volume is adeptly managed by the flexible corrugated sheet within the corrugated oil tank, ensuring automatic adjustment and compensation. This isolation from air effectively prevents oil deterioration and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and negating the need for routine maintenance.
Main Components:
The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and holds CE/ISO certificates.
3. Allows easy contact and expansion during load changes, thereby increasing and decreasing the oil temperature efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay is utilized when a conservator tank is present, indicating issues such as low oil levels and improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel, which absorbs moisture in the oil, changing color from blue to pink once it is saturated and can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit, providing essential monitoring.
