The oil volume changes are adeptly adjusted and compensated by the corrugated sheet's elasticity within the corrugated oil tank. This innovative design ensures the transformer remains isolated from the air, mitigating oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby greatly enhancing operational reliability and making routine maintenance unnecessary under normal conditions.
Main Components:
The primary parts of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings for optimal performance.
2. Complies with IEC standards and comes with CE/ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates easy contact and heat dissipation, ensuring the oil temperature can rise and fall efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay is essential when a conservator tank is used. It detects errors such as oil loss, low oil levels, and improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel that absorbs moisture from the oil, changing from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservatory unit.
7. The temperature detector monitors oil temperature and disconnects the transformer from service if the temperature exceeds a certain threshold.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay indicates the winding temperature.
