The oil volume is automatically regulated and adjusted by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet within the oil tank. This innovation isolates the transformer from air, thereby decelerating oil degradation and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability, and ensuring maintenance-free performance during regular operation.

The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, providing essential cooling and insulation.
2. Adheres to IEC standards and holds CE/ISO certifications.
3. Ensures easy contact and expands during loading to stabilize the oil's temperature fluctuations.
4. The Buchholz relay is critical when a conservator tank is in use. It detects issues such as oil loss, incorrect oil flow between the tank and the transformer.
5. The Breather Unit includes silica gel that absorbs moisture from the oil, changing from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit.
7. The temperature detector monitors the oil's temperature, disconnecting the transformer if the temperature exceeds safe levels.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay acts as a temperature indicator for the windings.
10. Fully galvanized coating ensures no rust formation.
11. The bushing connects the internal windings of the transformer to an external electrical network.
