The transformer ingeniously adjusts and compensates oil volume changes via the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank's sheets. This innovative feature creates an air-tight seal, effectively preventing oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and minimizing maintenance during regular operation.
Main Components:
The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank serves to immerse the windings, providing essential cooling and insulation.
2. Manufactured in compliance with IEC standards and certified with CE/ISO.
3. The conservator allows for the expansion and contraction of oil, ensuring optimal temperature regulation.
