The oil volume is dynamically adjusted and compensated by the flexible corrugated sheet within the corrugated oil tank. This design isolates the transformer from the air, effectively preventing oil degradation and insulation aging. It enhances operational reliability, ensuring maintenance-free performance under normal operating conditions.
Mainly Components:
The main components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank submerges the windings in oil, serving as a crucial cooling and insulating medium.
2. Complies with IEC standards and holds CE/ISO certifications.
3. Easily connects and expands during loading to regulate oil temperature effectively.
4. The Buchholz relay, used with the conservator tank, detects oil leaks, improper oil flow, and other operational errors, providing early fault indications.

6. The oil indicator shows the oil level inside the conservator unit, ensuring proper monitoring.

8. The pressure relief device mitigates excessive pressure within the transformer, preventing potential explosions.
