Unlike ordinary oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed model eliminates the oil conservator. The oil volume changes are automatically adjusted and compensated by the corrugated oil tank's flexible sheet. This innovative design isolates the transformer from the air, preventing oil deterioration and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability. Additionally, it requires no maintenance during normal operation, making it a cost-effective and reliable choice.

The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings in oil, providing insulation and cooling.

3. Facilitates easy contact and expands during loading, enabling the oil temperature to increase and decrease efficiently.
