The oil volume is dynamically adjusted and compensated through the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank sheets. Main Components:
The primary components of this state-of-the-art oil-filled transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is specifically designed to immerse the windings, ensuring optimum cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and comes with CE/ISO certifications.
3. Features an easily accessible design that expands during load conditions, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay activates when a conservator tank is employed, detecting issues such as oil loss and improper oil flow between the tank and the transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel that absorbs moisture within the oil. Its color changes from blue to pink when it is saturated and unable to absorb more moisture.
6. The oil indicator clearly shows the oil level within the conservator unit, ensuring optimal function.
7. The temperature detector continuously monitors the oil's temperature, automatically disconnecting the transformer from service if the temperature exceeds safe levels.
