Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed model eliminates the need for an oil conservator by automatically adjusting and compensating for oil volume changes through the elasticity of the corrugated sheet in the corrugated oil tank. This feature isolates the transformer from air, thereby preventing and decelerating oil deterioration and insulation aging. It enhances operational reliability and eliminates the need for maintenance during normal operation.
Main Components:
The primary components of this transformer include the following: Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank immerses the windings in a protective oil bath to ensure optimal performance.
2. Compliant with IEC standards and certified with CE/ISO certificates for assured quality.
3. Ensures easy expansion under load, allowing the oil temperature to increase and decrease efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay operates with the conservator tank and signals errors such as oil loss and improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit, filled with silica gel, absorbs moisture from the oil. It changes color from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit for easy monitoring.
7. The temperature detector gauges the oil temperature and disconnects the transformer from service if it exceeds safe levels.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay acts as a temperature indicator for the windings.
10. Fully galvanized coating ensures rust-free longevity.
