The oil volume is dynamically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank's sheet, ensuring the transformer is isolated from external air. The key components of this transformer include: Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and proudly carries CE/ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates easy contact and expansion during loading, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall effectively.
4. The Buchholz relay is crucial when a conservator tank is used, as it detects faults such as oil loss, and improper oil flow between the tank and the transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel which absorbs moisture from the oil. It shifts color from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservatory unit, ensuring proper monitoring.
7. The temperature detector keeps track of the oil temperature. If it reaches a critical level, the transformer is automatically disconnected from service.
8. The pressure relief device mitigates internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay acts as a temperature indicator for the windings.
10. Features a full galvanized coating to prevent rust, ensuring durability.
