The fully sealed structure uses the corrugated sheet elasticity of the oil tank to automatically adjust and compensate for oil volume changes. This isolation from air prevents oil deterioration and insulation aging, thus enhancing operational reliability and eliminating the need for routine maintenance during normal operations.
Main Components:
The primary components of this state-of-the-art transformer include: Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to fully immerse the windings, ensuring optimal cooling and functioning.
2. Complies with IEC standards and is certified with CE/ISO credentials.
3. Easy contact and load expansion allow for the oil temperature to rise and fall efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay, essential when a conservator tank is in use, detects issues such as low oil levels and improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit, containing silica gel, absorbs moisture from the oil. It shifts from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture, indicating a need for replacement.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit at a glance.
7. The temperature detector tracks the oil's temperature. If it exceeds a certain limit, the transformer is safely disconnected from service.
