The volume changes of the oil are expertly managed by the flexible corrugated sheets within the oil tank. This design ensures an airtight environment, preventing oil degradation and insulating material aging. As a result, it enhances operational reliability and requires no maintenance under normal operating conditions.
Main Components:
The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank immerses the windings in oil, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and comes with CE/ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates easy contact and expansion during load changes, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall accordingly.
4. The Buchholz relay, used with a conservator tank, detects faults such as oil loss or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit is equipped with silica gel that absorbs moisture from the oil. The gel changes from blue to pink when it becomes saturated and can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit, ensuring proper monitoring.
7. The temperature detector continuously monitors the oil temperature. If it reaches a critical level, the transformer will automatically disconnect from the service.
8. The pressure relief device reduces the internal pressure within the transformer, preventing potential explosions.
9. The thermal relay acts as a temperature indicator for the winding.
10. Fully galvanized coating ensures no rust formation.
