The primary components of this superior transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring efficient cooling and insulation.
2. Compliant with IEC standards and proudly bearing CE/ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates effortless contact and expansion during load variations, enabling the oil temperature to increase and decrease as needed.
4. The Buchholz relay, essential when a conservator tank is utilized, detects issues like oil loss and improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit, filled with silica gel, absorbs moisture within the oil. As it saturates, the gel changes from blue to pink, indicating its inability to absorb further moisture.
6. The oil indicator precisely shows the oil level within the conservatory unit.
7. The temperature detector continuously monitors the oil's temperature. Should it rise beyond a certain threshold, the transformer will be safely disconnected from service.
