Unlike traditional oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed model eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The oil volume is dynamically adjusted and compensated by the flexible corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank. This innovative design isolates the transformer from air, preventing and decelerating oil deterioration and insulation aging. As a result, it significantly enhances operational reliability and eliminates the need for maintenance under normal operating conditions.
Main Components:
The key components of this Distribution Transformer with Oil-Filled Copper Material include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings in oil, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and is certified with CE/ISO.
3. Ensures easy contact and expansion during load variations, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall accordingly.
4. The Buchholz relay is essential when a conservator tank is used. It detects issues such as oil loss or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel to absorb oil moisture, changing color from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit.
7. The temperature detector monitors oil temperature. If the temperature rises to a critical level, the transformer will automatically disconnect from service.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay serves as a temperature indicator for the windings.
10. Complete galvanized coating ensures rust resistance.
11. The bushing connects the internal windings of the transformer to the external electrical network.
