advantage of low loss, minimal noise, and exceptional efficiency, resulting in significant energy savings and reduced pollution. Unlike the ordinary oil-immersed transformer, the fully sealed variant eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The fluctuating oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank's sheet. This isolation from the air helps prevent and decelerate oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and eliminating the need for maintenance during regular operation.
Main Components:
The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring they are properly soaked.
2. Compliant with IEC standards and certified with CE/ISO certificates.
3. Designed for easy access, ensuring smooth temperature regulation as the oil heats up and cools down during load changes.
4. The Buchholz relay is essential when a conservator tank is used, detecting and indicating faults such as oil loss, low oil levels, and improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel that absorbs moisture from the oil. It changes color from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture, indicating maintenance is needed.
6. The oil indicator displays the oil level within the conservator unit, ensuring optimal oil levels are maintained.
7. The temperature detector continuously monitors the oil temperature. If the oil temperature rises beyond a certain threshold, the transformer will automatically disconnect from service to prevent damage.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions, ensuring safety and reliability.
9. The thermal relay serves as a temperature indicator for the windings, providing crucial temperature data.
