Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed design eliminates the need for an oil conservator. Instead, the oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet in the oil tank. This design innovation ensures the transformer is isolated from air, significantly slowing down oil deterioration and insulation aging. This results in enhanced operational reliability and eliminates the need for regular maintenance under normal operating conditions.
Main Components:
This high-performance transformer comprises key components such as the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The Oil Tank is specifically designed to immerse the windings, ensuring optimal cooling and efficiency.
2. Fully compliant with IEC standards, boasting CE and ISO certifications.
3. Engineered for seamless expansion and contraction during load variations, allowing the oil to efficiently manage temperature changes.
4. The Buchholz Relay serves as a crucial safety mechanism when a conservator tank is utilized, alerting to potential issues such as oil loss or improper flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit, filled with silica gel, absorbs moisture from the oil, changing from blue to pink when it is saturated and no longer effective.
6. The Oil Indicator provides a clear and accurate reading of the oil level within the conservator unit.
7. Our Temperature Detector vigilantly monitors the oil temperature, automatically disconnecting the transformer from service if temperatures reach critical levels.
8. The Pressure Relief Device is designed to reduce internal pressure, preventing potential transformer explosions.
9. The Thermal Relay acts as a precise indicator of the winding temperature, ensuring safe operation.
10. Features a full galvanized coating to ensure longevity and resistance to rust.
