The primary components of this Aluminium Oil-Immersed Power Supply Transformer encompass the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring they are adequately cooled and insulated.
2. Compliant with IEC standards and certified with CE/ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates easy contact and expansion during loading, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall as needed.
4. The Buchholz relay is integral when a conservator tank is utilized; it detects issues such as oil loss, improper oil flow, and signals these faults efficiently.
5. The Breather Unit, containing silica gel, absorbs moisture from the oil. The silica gel changes color from blue to pink when it becomes saturated and can no longer absorb moisture.
