In contrast to conventional oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed design eliminates the need for an oil conservator. Instead, the oil volume is dynamically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet within the corrugated oil tank. This design isolates the transformer from air, effectively preventing oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and minimizing maintenance during normal operation.
Main Components:
The key components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank functions to immerse the windings, providing essential cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and holds CE/ISO certifications.
3. Allows for seamless expansion and contraction during loading, facilitating optimal oil temperature regulation.
4. The Buchholz relay, used with a conservator tank, detects issues such as oil loss and improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel, which absorbs moisture from the oil. It changes color from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator displays the oil level within the conservator unit.
7. The temperature detector monitors the oil temperature. If it rises above a certain threshold, the transformer will be automatically disconnected from service.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay indicates the winding temperature, ensuring safe operation.
10. Fully galvanized coating to prevent rust.
11. The bushing connects the transformer's internal windings to the external electrical network.
