engineered with the distinct advantages of low loss, minimal noise, and exceptional efficiency, delivering outstanding energy-saving benefits and significantly reducing pollution. Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, this advanced fully sealed model eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The transformer automatically adjusts and compensates for oil volume fluctuations via the elasticity of the corrugated sheet within the corrugated oil tank. By isolating the transformer from the air, it prevents and slows down oil deterioration and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operation reliability and negating the need for maintenance during regular operations.
Mainly Components:
This transformer comprises several essential parts, including the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to submerge the windings in oil, providing effective cooling and insulation.
2. Compliant with IEC standards and certified with CE/ISO.
3. Designed for easy contact and expansion during load changes, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall accordingly.
4. The Buchholz relay is crucial when a conservator tank is present, indicating issues like oil loss or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel, which absorbs moisture from the oil. The silica gel changes from blue to pink when it's saturated and can't absorb more moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit.
7. The temperature detector tracks the oil temperature, automatically disconnecting the transformer if the temperature exceeds a safe threshold.
8. The pressure relief device lowers internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay acts as a temperature indicator for the windings.
10. Fully galvanized coating ensures rust prevention.
11. The bushing connects the internal windings of the transformer to an external electrical network.
