The primary components of the 160kVA 10kV Copper Oil-Immersed Transformer include: Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse and cool the windings efficiently.
2. Compliant with IEC standards, and certified with CE/ISO credentials.
3. Facilitates easy contact and expansion during loading to regulate the oil temperature effectively.
4. The Buchholz relay activates when a conservator tank is employed, indicating issues such as low oil levels or poor oil flow between the tank and transformer.
