Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, this fully sealed model eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The oil volume adjustments are managed automatically by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet in the corrugated oil tank, ensuring the transformer remains isolated from the air. This design significantly prevents oil degradation and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability and reducing the need for maintenance during standard operation.
Main Components:
This transformer features several key components, including an Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank immerses the windings to ensure effective cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and holds CE/ISO certifications.
3. Designed to facilitate easy contact and accommodate expansion during load variations, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall accordingly.
4. A Buchholz relay, used with a conservator tank, detects faults such as oil loss or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit, containing silica gel, absorbs moisture from the oil. When the gel changes color from blue to pink, it indicates moisture saturation.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit.
7. The temperature detector monitors oil temperature, disconnecting the transformer from service if a critical level is reached.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay serves as an indicator of winding temperature.
10. Fully galvanized coating ensures no rust formation.
