This design ensures the transformer remains isolated from external air, thereby preventing oil degradation and insulation aging, ultimately boosting operational reliability and negating the need for maintenance during standard operations.

The principal components of the 25kVA Oil Immersed Transformer include: Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.

3. The oil can easily contact and expand during loading, allowing for an increase or decrease in temperature efficiently.
