The transformer's oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated through the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank. By isolating the transformer from air, we prevent oil deterioration and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability and eliminating the need for maintenance during normal operation.
Main Components:
The essential parts of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank immerses the windings to ensure effective cooling and insulation.
2. Complies with IEC standards and holds CE/ISO certifications.
3. Ensures optimal contact and heat distribution, allowing the oil temperature to rise and fall effectively.
4. The Buchholz relay is essential when using a conservator tank, as it detects faults such as oil loss or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
5. The Breather Unit contains silica gel that absorbs moisture from the oil. It changes color from blue to pink when it can no longer absorb moisture.
6. The oil indicator shows the oil level within the conservator unit.
7. The temperature detector monitors the oil's temperature. If the oil temperature surpasses a certain threshold, the transformer will be disconnected from service.
8. The pressure relief device reduces internal pressure to prevent transformer explosions.
9. The thermal relay indicates the winding's temperature.
10. Fully galvanized coating prevents rust.
11. The bushing connects the internal windings of the transformer to the external electrical network.
