The fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer developed by TSTY boasts a remarkable design.
It features the advantages of low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, which collectively contribute to excellent energy-saving performance and pollution reduction. Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed model eliminates the need for an oil conservator. The oil volume adjusts and compensates automatically through the elasticity of the corrugated sheet in the oil tank. This design ensures the transformer is isolated from the air, thereby preventing oil deterioration and insulation aging. As a result, operational reliability is significantly enhanced, offering maintenance-free operation under normal conditions.
Mainly Components:
The primary components of this transformer include the Oil Tank, Conservator, Buchholz Relay, Breather Unit, Oil Indicator, Temperature Detector, Pressure Relief Device, Thermal Relay, Radiator, and Bushing.
1. The oil tank is designed to immerse the windings in oil, ensuring optimal cooling and insulation.
2. Compliance with IEC standards, backed by CE/ISO certifications.
3. Facilitates seamless expansion and contraction during loading, enabling the oil temperature to increase and decrease efficiently.
4. The Buchholz relay, utilized with a conservator tank, indicates issues such as low oil levels or improper oil flow between the tank and transformer.
